Details: This cosy cottage is situated just outside the village of Boughton Lees on a quiet country lane – the North Downs Way – in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with footpaths all around. The cottage is very well equipped, with lounge, kitchen/diner, and mini conservatory leading into a private ‘cottage garden’. The attractive village of Wye is just 2 miles away with small supermarket, good restaurants and rail link to Ashford/East Kent; farm shop is nearer. Kent is full of interest for everyone – historic sites and towns, gardens, animal parks, Nature/RSPB Reserves, good walking, easy access to France/London.
