Details: Anchor House Guest House, Broadstairs, is not just a guest house; more a home that welcomes guests. We want you to enjoy a relaxing stay in Broadstairs - whether you are here for business or leisure. We are set in a peaceful square, minutes from restaurants, cafes, bars and the clifftop, where you can stroll before dinner in one of the great restaurants of Broadstairs.

And in the morning, we'll tempt you with excellent, freshly cooked breakfasts, using the best of ingredients!

Rates quoted include full breakfast choices. Breakfast is served between 8.00am - 9.00am, or earlier by arrangement. If you'd prefer a lie-in, why not book Room Only, and we will deduct £4 per person off the quoted tariff, and recommend local coffee houses for a later brunch.

The price is per person, where 2 people are occupying a double room. Add 50% of adult price for each child in the family room.
Single occupancy discount may be given when occupying a double room, according to season and availability i.e. (room rate = £40 - £55 per person per night).

Rooms
Five of our six bedrooms are en suite, with bath or shower. The sixth has private facilities adjacent. Rooms are centrally heated with individual thermostats. A ground floor twin room is available for the less able. Each bedroom has been stylishly decorated and enhanced with prints and artwork, some by local artists.

We pride ourselves on using 100% cotton sheets and have a choice of feather or synthetic pillows and duvets, plus either cotton or wool blankets.

Dining room
Our dining room catches the morning sun, and there you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast with unlimited fresh coffee or tea. A wide choice of breakfasts are on offer, including a variety of cereals, fruit, fresh juices and, of course, a full cooked English breakfast. We use locally produced sausages, good back bacon, free range eggs, and fresh tomatoes and mushrooms. Boiled eggs and soldiers may be prepared for toddlers (and adults!). Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options can easily be prepared.

Pay and Display in the Square; parking permits for adjacent streets available at the Guest House.
