St Margaret’s Bay is surrounded by National Trust land and offers excellent pubs, restaurants, village shops and post office.

The historic city of Canterbury and Sandwich are only 20 minutes drive and the Port of Dover just 10 minutes by car. Dover, Deal and Walmer castles are all within 20 minutes drive.

Accommodation
Spectacular sea views can be enjoyed from your front garden patio, of which you have sole use. French doors take you into the lounge, which is stylishly furnished with ample seating from where those same views can be enjoyed all year round.
The spacious kitchen/diner is fully fitted with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge with 3* freezer compartment, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Quality china, cutlery and cookware are standard.
The south facing lounge is cosy and warm in winter, bright and cool in summer, with TV, Video, DVD player and telephone. A selection of DVDs, card games and reading material are also available.
A flight of stairs leads you to the first floor bedroom where the double bed is positioned to make the most of the glorious views. In the winter months you can watch the sun rise while enjoying your early morning cup of tea. Insomniacs will never get bored with spectacular sky and sea views available from the comfort of your pillow.
The en suite shower-room has a double shower and Victorian style fittings, which are brought up to date in a contemporary style. Large mirrors, quality fluffy towels and Gilchrist & Soames Spa range of toiletries are just some of the extras which give this room a luxurious feel.

Bookings are normally 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday (2008).

Out of season short breaks are shown on our online booking calendar. We offer a 5% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. This discount is applied by the online booking system automatically when you enter the dates you require. The dates will be reserved for 7 working days pending receipt of a 10% deposit (the remaining balance will be due for payment 6 weeks before the start of the booked period).

The apartment will be available from 15.00hrs on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate no later than 10.00hrs on the day of departure.
The rental price includes fuel, bed linen, towels and a welcome pack including the following:- Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, cereals, fruit juice and a bottle of wine.
In addition, you will find salt and pepper, olive oil, cider or white wine vinegar, herbs and spices, cling-film, tin foil, food bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets.
