Details: Bed & Breakfast Accommodation of a very high standard, based in Woodchurch, near the picturesque town of Tenterden. Sunny Mead Farm is set in 6 acres of beautiful grounds with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and of the historical Woodchurch Windmill.

Sunny Mead Farm is an ideal base for sight-seeing, country walks and bicycle routes. It is centrally located, 45 minute drive to Royal Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Canterbury; 30 minute drive to the Medieval town of Rye and the beach at Camber Sands. The Channel Tunnel link to France is 45 minutes drive or the Port of Dover one hour’s drive. For eats and drinks there is a footpath by the windmill which takes you to the village where you will find two pubs of which both we recommend.

Sunny Mead Farm is open all year round except for Xmas Eve, Xmas Day and Boxing Bay.

Accommodation
We have 2 double bedrooms each with King sized beds. One has en suite shower etc and the other has a private bathroom and shower. Tea and coffee facilities are in each room. Non-smoking in the bedrooms.
We have a sitting room, for our guests, which leads out onto a decking area which is situated in an area of our garden.
Sorry no pets allowed.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our spacious breakfast room, which also has a superb view.
We serve a full English breakfast using local produce whenever we can. We cater for vegetarians. A variety of cooked breakfasts is always available.
