Details: Watstock Farm is a small family-run farm in The Weald of Kent, with fine views to the North Downs. The farm is mostly pasture, and has a flock of sheep, some cattle & a pig. Each Easter the numbers are swelled by new lambs and a pig litter.

Both Chiddingstone National Trust Village and Penshurst are within 2 miles, Sevenoaks - 8 miles, Tonbridge - 8 miles, Royal Tunbridge Wells – 9 miles, East Grinstead - 8 miles. M25 Junctions 5 & 6 are respectively 9 and 10 miles. Hildenborough Station for central London (timetabled 40 mins) – 6 miles. Gatwick Airport is reached from Penshurst Station, 3 miles away, or is about 18 miles by road.

Both Barns have been awarded 4 Star Ratings under the VisitBritain Quality in Tourism scheme.

Hay Barn
Well-equipped newly converted self-catering accommodation.
Sleeps up to 2 people.
One Double Bedroom with twin zip-link bed.
Living Room with dining table, Kitchen Area, wood-burning stove, a wall of glazing with French doors.
Wet-room with shower, WC, handbasin.
Bosch Kitchen equipment of four-ring induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/icebox, wash dryer. Also a microwave with grill.
