Details: You are invited to stay for bed and breakfast at White House Farm near Maidstone, a beautiful 15th century farmhouse, or stay in the recently converted barn as self catering accommodation. Both properties nestle in the heart of the Kent countryside. You can enjoy the hospitality of a night’s B & B with a hearty farmhouse breakfast using local produce and home-made food whenever possible or book a relaxing break in the self catering cottage. The farmhouse bed and breakfast sleeps six and the self-catering cottage accommodates up to six plus the use of a sofa bed.

This small family farm is still surrounded by traditional hedgerows and English oaks. The fields are home to a variety of wildlife including herons, kingfishers, ducks and woodpeckers which can be discovered on a leisurely walk along the stream flowing through the farm.

Bed and Breakfast
The Bed and Breakfast accommodation is comprised of the following:
1 Double and 1 Twin bedded room that share family bathroom.
1 Double room with en suite.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, colour televisions and clock radio alarms. There is a comfortable guest lounge with colour television if you prefer to relax downstairs.

Self Catering
Our Self Catering holiday accommodation sleeps 6 people or possibly more, if agreed in advance with the owners. It has recently undergone a complete renovation from the original farm building. Brick Kiln Cottage has two double and one twin bedded room. All bedrooms are en suite or with private showers, one being suitable for wheelchair access. It is possible to hire one, two or all three bedrooms depending on your requirements. All rooms come with colour TVs and clock radios. Disabled facilities such as ramps, rails, seat in shower and shower capable of wheelchair access are built into Brick Kiln Cottage. All bedding, linen, towels, electricity and heating are included in the price. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, full sized fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The cottage has full central heating and is double glazed. There is the bonus too of a safe enclosed area for children to play. The outside area comes with BBQ and patio with gas BBQ. There is also a garden shed and bicycle storage.
