Aria House 4 Star Silver Award Bed and Breakfast is a family run B and B, in a lovely Edwardian house located in the picturesque coastal town of Broadstairs. Situated three hundred metres from the sandy beach at Viking Bay, our accommodation has three ensuite rooms.
Aria House B and B offers a full English breakfast and vegetarian options for our guests, in addition to offering free wireless internet access and flat screen freeview televisions in all rooms. We also have off road parking for our guests on our driveway at the front of the house.
On arrival at Aria House Bed and Breakfast you will be given a very warm welcome by your hosts Sarah and David, who will make every effort to make your stay at Aria House B and B comfortable and enjoyable. In the morning you will be offered a comprehensive breakfast consisting of homemade and locally sourced produce whenever possible.

How to book
We accept bookings over the phone. At the time of booking a deposit will be requested. This will be by way of a cheque. Cheques made payable to Aria House. Payments can also be made by cash, Visa, Electron, Maestro, Solo and Mastercard.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
We need to be notified of cancellation in writing, either by letter or e-mail. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reservation date you will receive a full refund, wgQ3VsdHVyZT1uZXV0cmFsLCBQdWJsaWound;10 per room per night.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation date you will be liable for the whole amount of your booking. If however we manage to re-let your room you will receive a full refund less the administration fee of £10 per room per night.
Conditions and Rules
We operate a strictly no smoking policy anywhere in Aria House
Check in between 4pm and 6pm unless prior arrangement is made. Check out 10:30am latest
Breakfast is between 8:30am and 9:15am unless prior arrangement is made
Regrettably we do not accept children under the age of 11
