Welcome to our delightful country home in Benenden which we have opened recently to Bed & Breakfast visitors. Beacon Hall House is set within 7 acres of mature elevated gardens and paddock with splendid views over beautiful Wealden countryside. Enjoy a game of tennis on our court within the garden or stroll through the garden and paddocks beyond at your leisure.

We are situated 1 mile from the delightful village of Benenden which has a beautiful village green with 15th century church and cricket pitch where you can watch local matches most summer weekends.

Stabling and grazing facilities available by prior arrangement should you wish to bring along your pony/horse.

There are two village shops both stocked with essentials and delicacies and a superb local wildlife artist. There is also a renowned excellent locally farmed family butchers Ward & Sons, where breakfast will come from!

There are three very good public houses, The Bull Inn, The King William and the tucked away Woodcock Inn – all of these are highly recommended for drinks and dinner (more information available on request).

Local restaurants of varying taste are in abundance within a 10 mile radius and information available on request.

The property comprises;

To provide a touch of luxury, all rooms have fluffy white towels and Egyptian cotton bedlinen, fresh tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer, freeview colour television with DVD player and wireless broadband.

Breakfast
Breakfast consists of delicious home-cooked fayre;
• Traditional English with fresh daily eggs from local farm where hens run free. Sausages & bacon from our village butchers. 
• Home baked muffins and breads, marmalades and preserves. 
• Continental breakfast available at all times.

Location
Hempsted forest skirts the outside of the village which makes for lovely leisurely walks, bicycle rides and horseriding. There is also Hempsted Equestrian Centre for hacking out in the forest (more information on request).
Hempsted Golf Club backs onto the forest for all golfing lovers.
Biddenden vineyard and cider maker and Chapel Down English vineyards are both 10 minute drive.
Historic market towns of Cranbrook and Tenterden are within a short 10 minute drive providing shopping and museums.
The beautiful coastline and smugglers market town of Rye and Hastings are a 30 minute drive away and play host to antique & books shops.
Kent & East Sussex Railway, a nostalgic way to take in the local countryside and indeed Bodiam Castle.
Local Farmers Markets in nearby Rolvenden village (Thursday am) and Tenterden town (Friday am)
