If you are on business in Tunbridge Wells or surrounding areas we are conveniently just a few miles drive from town. There is a first floor Lounge overlooking fields exclusively for Guest use with sumptous comfortable leather sofas, TV, free wireless broadband. Please note the house is on three floors and the ensuite bedrooms are on the top floor. Parking is close by.

Lamberhurst has 4 nice pub/restaurants in the village all within walking distance. We are also a good base if visiting National Trust Properties being ideally situated in " The Garden of England" surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lamberhurst Golf Course is under a mile, Scotney Castle and Lamberhurst Vineyard are a 15 minute walk and Bewl Water is a mile away for walking, biking, trout fishing, water sports, sailing and outdoor pursuits. We are located 5 miles south from the elegant Georgian Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its impressive shopping facilities. 20 minutes from the historic towns of Battle, Hastings and 1066 country. Close to all major routes to London and cross channel routes to Europe. Easy access to M25 and 35 minutes from Gatwick Airport.. The property is also available for self-catering breaks, short or medium term rental
