All our visitor accommodation is on the ground floor which is ideal for children  and all rooms have en suite bathrooms, free internet connection, television and  refreshment facilities.There is also ample off  road parking.

Many popular visitor attractions are within a short distance,  including Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter and Scotney Castle For the steam enthusiast you  can visit Tenterden steam railway and Romney Hythe and Dymchurch light railwayIf your interest is in wild life and walking The Rye Harbour nature reserve, Bewl bridge reservoir and Hemstead forest are all within a short distance.

Accommodation
Room 1 has one double bed and one single bed. A further bed  can be added for a family of four. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and bath.
Room 2  This room has one double bed with en suite shower room,  LCD television and beverage facilities.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the light sunny dining room between 7am and 9am. Earlier or later breakfasts can be arranged if needed. The dining room opens onto the garden where guests can enjoy their breakfasts’ Al fresco during warm sunny weather.

We use all fresh, local produce where possible.

Environment
Over the past decade we have introduced a number of systems in order to reduce the environmental impact of Tollgate Farm.
These include:
An integrated Solar water heating and wood-burning system that provides over 50%
Of the houses heating requirements throughout the year. The wood is sourced from renewable stocks within the grounds.
We recycle paper, tins, glass and plastic as well as garden and kitchen waste being sent for composting.
A water harvesting system is being installed to reduce our mains water usage.
