Details: The Angel Centre is ideally situated in the Centre of Tonbridge surrounded by ample car parking and a short walk from Tonbridge Railway station.

Lifestyles has been uniquely designed to offer the ultimate health and fitness experience. The modern Fitness Suite provides a full range of cardiovascular and brand new state-of-the-art resistance equipment, to provide an all round training programme, suitable for the complete novice or the experienced athlete.

Cardio Theater - is the ultimate entertainment experience. All you have to do is plug headphones into the CV machine and listen to the music or radio channel of your choice, or tune in and watch your favourite soap or sports programme while you exercise.

Lifestyles Health Suite at Tonbridge Swimming Pool offers a relaxed atmosphere with sauna, steam and spa facilities. High powered sun beds are also available for those who want an all year round tan

Sports Hall
We offer a range of activity sessions in our multi purpose Sports Hall including ladies badminton sessions, adult badminton, fencing and volleyball. Or hire the courts and organise your own game of badminton, short tennis, table tennis, football, basketball.

Family Sport Sessions
A multi activity session for all the family. Activities include badminton, football, basketball, trampolining, bouncy castle, table tennis - enjoy getting fitter and having fun with this great family session.

Business facilities
The Centre has some excellent facilities for meetings, conferences and training seminars. With six meeting rooms, a function room and a theatre hall, the Centre can accommodate from 2 to 300 delegates. The Medway Hall with the option of tiered or flat seating, stage and sound and lighting equipment make it an ideal venue for conferences, exhibitions, lectures, concerts and performances. The six meeting rooms can be configured to meet your requirements whether it is for a lecture room, formal classroom, boardroom or social meeting.

Dance studios are also available for hire, these modern air conditioned studios all have fully sprung floors, wall to wall mirrors and ballet barres.

The Riverside Function Room is ideal for larger meetings, and can also accommodate 170 people for a birthday celebration, wedding anniversary or social gathering. A licensed bar is also available within the Function Room.
