Details: Welcome to The Mall Maidstone - your local Maidstone shopping centre. Situated in the heart of the town we are your first port of call for all your shopping needs. From independent retailers such as J C Rooks and sons to the larger department stores such as Boots, we strive to make your shopping experience as convenient, easy and enjoyable as possible.

Disabled Facilities
The disabled toilet is within easy reach on the ground floor. It's free of charge and is accessed with a radar key. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it. If you have trouble using the stairs, there are lifts to all floors of The Mall Maidstone. All lifts in The Mall Maidstone have low level buttons. A ramp provides easy access from the car park and a wheel chair is available for your use. To hire automatic or manual wheelchairs and powered scooters theses can be booked on 01622-691 130. Our main doors are automatic for easy access and guide dogs are always welcome.

Parking
At The Mall Maidstone parking is easy, safe and secure. We have our own award-winning car park that offers convenient access to your Mall shopping centre. It has 8 levels with over 1000 parking spaces, and the main entrances are via Romney Place and King Street for the Roof top. We have disabled parking bays on level 2 in the multi-store car park and there are also 7 on the roof top. Mother and Baby spaces can be found on level 4 in the multi-store car park.

Getting here
By car: Maidstone is clearly signposted from Junction 5, 6, 7 and 8 off the M20 Motorway. Direct town access is provided by the A229 from Medway towns, A249 from Sittingbourne and Sheerness, A20 from London, Ashford, Canterbury and Dover, A229 from Staplehurst and Hastings and the A26 from Tonbridge and Sevenoaks. Upon reaching Maidstone follow signs to the Mall Chequers, Multi-car Park or Roof car park. Maidstone Borough council also run a Park & Ride services with is located at four sites Willington Street just off the Ashford Road, Coombe Quarry off Armstrong Road, Allington just of the A20 London Road and Sittingbourne Road close the Chilton Hundreds.
By bus: The Mall Chequers has a bus lane attached to the centre, which services the local town and villages within the vicinity. For further bus details please contact Arriva Bus Company on Free phone 0800 696996.
By train: Maidstone has two main train stations. Maidstone East is situated at the end of Week Street, a short walk down Week Street to the main high street and King Street where the Mall is situated. This is approximately 10 minutes walk. Maidstone West is situated in Tonbridge Road which joins the high street then Kings street this is approximately a 15 minute walk.
