Details: Blue Flag Award 2007
This is a sandy bay with rocky areas and cliffs. It is a totally tidal bay. The sand here is first-rate for sandcastles and there are many small rock pools to explore. The cafes open in the evening and are wonderful places to have a meal and drink while watching the incredible sunset views.

Facilities include:
• lifeguards
• cafes
• toilets
• bay inspectors/information
• chalets for hire
• public house nearby.

Disabled access to the beach with disabled toilets open all year.
From 15th May to 15th September dogs are not allowed on the beach between 10am and 6pm.
